The company has also launched its virtual corporate finance service-as-a-software solution, Assiduous Corporate Finance Autopilot, which aims to transform how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) interact with capital markets.

AI Software for SMEs: Bridging the Gap

The Assiduous Corporate Finance Autopilot software bridges the gap between business owners and capital markets, offering support to SMEs in preparing for strategic financing and liquidity transactions. This solution provides a whole lifecycle approach, enabling business owners to navigate corporate finance challenges more efficiently.

Collaboration with Enterprise Ireland and Euronext

The investment, backed by business owners and executives, also includes support from Enterprise Ireland’s High-Potential Start-Up (HPSU) funding. This partnership will help Assiduous bring its AI-native solution to market, executing its product development roadmap through 2025 and 2026. Additionally, Assiduous has established a collaboration with Euronext Group, providing SMEs access to Euronext markets earlier in their lifecycle.

Support from EIT Digital's Equity Portfolio

As a constituent of EIT Digital’s Equity Portfolio, Assiduous benefits from continued support and access to stakeholders in the European innovation ecosystem. This relationship will play a pivotal role in the company’s efforts to foster the growth of innovative financial solutions for SMEs.

A Vision for AI in Corporate Advisory Services

Founded by investment bankers Fergal Meegan and Barry Murphy, Assiduous is headquartered at NovaUCD in Dublin. Fergal Meegan, CEO of Assiduous, explained, “Businesses are at a pivotal moment in the application of technology to the provision of professional services. We are only scratching the surface with the value that can be created for business owners by leveraging AI to do more with less.”

Enterprise Ireland Supports Assiduous Growth

Conor O’Donovan, head of start-ups at Enterprise Ireland, remarked: “Assiduous is an excellent example of a forward-thinking Irish start-up using cutting-edge technology to address a massive unmet market need. The company’s growth plans align with Enterprise Ireland’s new five-year strategy, ‘Delivering for Ireland, Leading Globally,’ which supports and enables SMEs to engage with the start-up ecosystem, execute financing and strategic transactions, and foster the next generation of Irish multinational corporations.”
