Elite Electronic Systems has acquired the Livingston-based manufacturer, marking a significant milestone in the group's ongoing expansion.
The move will allow Elite to serve a broader range of industries and expand its footprint in the competitive electronics manufacturing sector.
The combined entity will benefit from shared market intelligence, expanded resources, and increased manufacturing capabilities, bolstering Elite's presence in the EMS market with a revenue exceeding £50m.
