Silicon Republic reported that the merger will allow SL Control's operations to be utilised as an arm of NNITs smart factory solutions across Ireland.
This will integrate manufacturing systems, equipment and devices to generate data.
SL Controls employs 150 people between Ireland and the US. These workers will join the NNIT's 1,700 international workforce.
